30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to all items, including sale items.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email ucraftkitchen@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without approval first.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away with a photo so we can fix it.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, and items damaged by misuse after delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

We'll email you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email us.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, following the same condition rules above.
