Processing time

Orders ship within 24–48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Carriers and delivery time

Within the United States we ship with UPS or USPS, depending on your location and the fastest available service. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships, and often sooner.

International orders ship with DHL Express, UPS or USPS, depending on the destination. Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Your estimated delivery options appear at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your delivery address, the weight of your order and the carrier's rates. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when your order leaves our facility.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes set by the destination country may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays

Delays beyond our control, such as weather, carrier or postal problems and customs processing, can happen. If your package is more than 10 business days late, contact us and we'll help.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
